2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within Pakistan.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply depending on your location and the weight of your package. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or sales, processing may take slightly longer. If any delays occur, our team will notify you promptly.


4. Shipment Tracking

5. Delivery Attempts & Receiving Orders

  • If you are unavailable at the delivery address, a notification will be left, and our team may contact you to reschedule.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • At present, we only ship within Pakistan.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped by contacting our support team immediately.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications cannot be made.
